Annual General Meeting

The N Gauge Society Annual General Meeting is held within 15 months of the previous AGM for the presentation of reports from the Committee, and discussion and decisions on any proposals put forward by members. Officers and other appointments are elected for the following year.  These formal activities are outlined in our Articles of Association

Notice of the 2026 AGM

The 2026 AGM for the N Gauge Society will take place online using the Zoom facility on 21 July 2026 at 1930.

Attending the AGM

To attend this year’s AGM you need to send an email to the General-Secretary@ngaugesociety.com in the subject heading of this email should be ‘Request to Attend the NGS 2026 AGM‘ the email should contain your full name and membership number only. You will receive a confirmation email once you have been added to the attendance list. The next communication you will receive will be 7 days prior to the AGM containing the logon on details and all relevant documnetation.
