The N Gauge Society Annual General Meeting is held within 15 months of the previous AGM for the presentation of reports from the Committee, and discussion and decisions on any proposals put forward by members. Officers and other appointments are elected for the following year. These formal activities are outlined in our Articles of Association
Report of 2026 N Gauge Society Annual General Meeting
The AGM of the N Gauge Society was held on the 21st July 2026 using the Zoom facility.
The AGM gave an overview of the financial year 2025 from 1st January to the 31st December. This review contained an overview of the year by the Chairman and a full financial report by the treasurer. There were also two resolutions put forward by the directors to reduce the quorum of directors from 3 to 4 to enable the society to run effectively and a further resolution to enable the directors to review the current Articles of Association to improve the wording and structure of the document to again simplify the day to day running of the society.
The documents attached are those used during the meeting with the draft minutes that were compiled by the General Secretary after the meeting which will be up for ratification at the 2027 AGM.
