Waving the flag for N gauge
Members of the N Gauge Society may be aware that we have two exhibition stands which are regularly “out and about” at model railway exhibitions around the country throughout the year promoting the Society.
As we head into autumn it seemed a good time to look back at some of the shows they’ve attended this year. Hopefully it’ll give you an idea of how busy our exhibition display managers work on your behalf to promote the Society.
When one of our exhibition stands attends a model railway show it’s a great opportunity for members to touch base with committee members. Of course it’s also a great chance to renew membership or pick up some kits!
As modellers you’ll be more than aware that encouraging new people into the hobby is vital. And the N Gauge Society does it’s bit by having a visible presence at exhibitions. We believe that joining the society provides encouragement for people who are new to railway modelling and might be interested in trying their hand in this small but delightful model railway scale.

Where can you see us next?
If you’d like to know where you can next see either our main or mini exhibition stand then head over to our Stand Attendance page, which lists all of the upcoming shows we’ll be at, when and where they are, and often a link to the show’s website for additional information. We look forward to seeing you at one of these events, such as the Great British Model Railway Show (#GBMRShow), The National Festival of Railway Modelling or, indeed, one of the other shows such as Warley, Manchester or Cardiff!
That’s all folks – nearly…
So, finally, a massive thank you to our volunteer display managers who deliver this vital link between the Society and it’s members. Thanks guys – and keep up the good work!
