Please be advised that the Chairman will be on holiday from 30th July to 10th August inclusive and will be unable to respond to Society emails.
If your message is in need of urgent attention then please contact the General Secretary.
The absence will also have some impact on the Society shop system, since the task of checking the shop orders is currently undertaken by the Chairman, in the absence of a Membership Secretary.
During the period of absence, the checking of shop orders will be undertaken by the Shop Manager using the most up to date membership list available to him.
Membership renewals and new membership applications will, however, NOT be processed until the 11th August, when the normal system resumes.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but it is unavoidable given the current shortage of volunteers.
